Mark Lockwood

As co-owner of Investors Properties of Colorado, Mark is responsible for the daily operations of the properties under management. Mark is involved in leasing, tenant relations, maintenance programs, vendor contracts, capital improvement planning, tenant finish coordination, and also strategic planning and growth for Investors Properties.

Prior to being co-owner of Investors Properties of Colorado, Mark was the Director of Property Management for Investors Group of Companies. He managed over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in Colorado and Arizona. Mark started his real estate career in 1984, working for Helmsley-Spear and Inland Real Estate in Chicago. After moving to Colorado in 1989, he managed properties for The W.W. Reynolds Companies, and Starr Realty. Through the years, Mark has been exposed to all types of real estate properties, ranging in size from 5,000 to 1,000,000 square feet.

Mark graduated from Western Illinois University in 1979. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, earned his CCIM designation and is working on his CPM designation.

 

Jon Becker

As co-owner of Investors Properties of Colorado, Jon is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and lease administration functions for commercial properties and associations under management. Specifically, Jon is involved in all aspects of the treasury, payable, receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting cycles.

Prior to co-owning Investors Properties of Colorado, Jon was the Controller for Investors Group of Companies from 2000 to 2005. Jon started the accounting department and supervised all financial accounting functions and department employees. Investors Group at its peak managed over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, and apartments in two states. Jon worked as Controller for Flood and Peterson Insurance from 1996 to 1999. Prior to moving to Colorado, Jon lived in Atlanta, Georgia and worked for BellSouth Corporation from 1991to 1995 and Arthur Andersen from 1985 to 1990.

Jon graduated from Bob Jones University in 1984 with a B.S. in Accounting. Jon is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and also holds a Certified Public Accountant license (inactive).
